 Junkyard Mix


1 package of precooked Bratwurst

(we sometimes do the Cheddar Ones)

2 bell peppers chopped

1 onion chopped

5-10 potatoes depending on the size

 

In a skillet cook the brats, peppers and onions over low-med heat. While

that is cooking, peel and chop the potatoes. Add the potatoes to the skillet

with just about ΒΌ cup water. Cover and cook on low til potatoes are soft.

 

Quick and easy.

Cook this dish when its cold out and its so easy to throw

together when we have holiday guests over.
